Sally Donnelly
Founding Director, Pallas Foundation
Sally is the Co-Founder of the Pallas Foundation. Her public service included roles as Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Defense, Director of the Washington Office for the Commander of U.S. Central Command, and Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In the private sector, Sally was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm. Previously she spent more than 20 years at Time Magazine. Sally serves on the Board of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft. Additionally, she is a non-resident senior fellow at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and on the Leadership Council for the Bob Woodruff Foundation. She holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. from Hollins College.
