Serena Chow

Pallas Fellow

Serena Chow is a recent graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, where she concentrated in International Security Studies and Conflict Resolution with a focus on the Indo-Pacific. Previously, she worked in journalism on reporting teams at NBC, Marketplace NPR, and Sony. Most recently, she interned at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command at Camp Smith in Hawaii and conducted original fieldwork in Taiwan on civil defense and societal resilience. At Pallas, Serena is excited to deepen her understanding of the private sector's role in the broader U.S. defense ecosystem and explore the complexities of emerging technologies.

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the education and professional development of emerging leaders in global and national security.
