Rachel is a graduate student at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, pursuing a Master of Science in Foreign Service with a concentration in Science, Technology, and International Affairs. She previously spent three years as a technology consultant at Deloitte and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Biochemical and Geopolitical Interactions. At Pallas, Rachel is excited to explore private-public cooperation in the defense sector, defense innovation, and the growth of the domestic defense industrial base.
