Jessica spent several years working between the U.S. government and industry as a market and business intelligence analyst. She currently serves as a Policy Advisor for the Pallas Foundation in conjunction with working at the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) as an IPA. In her previous role at Booz Allen Hamilton, she worked with leadership to identify federal spending and procurement trends.

 

She also previously worked as an Analyst at Pallas Advisors, where she helped startups and venture capital firms find addressable markets, potential competition, and opportunities to work with the DoD across a range of technologies. She is passionate about open source intelligence analysis and using data to educate business strategies.
