Destiny Monegro is the Program and Development Manager at the Pallas Foundation, where she leads the management and growth of the Foundation's programs and drives external relations with senior stakeholders across government, industry, academia, and philanthropy. She oversees donor relations and stewardship, supports fundraising and development initiatives, and plays a central role in organizing high-level national security events that convene influential leaders from across the security ecosystem alongside the next generation of practitioners.
 

With a background in global affairs focused on transatlantic relations and national security, Destiny brings cross-sector experience in stakeholder relationship management and nonprofit program operations. She previously conducted undergraduate research with the U.S. Department of State's Trafficking in Persons Office (TIP Office).
 

Destiny holds a B.A. in International Studies from Virginia Tech, with concentrations in national security and foreign affairs, and is committed to driving meaningful, positive change in public service.
