Program Coordinator

Destiny is the Program Coordinator at the Pallas Foundation, where she manages external relations with senior leaders across government, industry, academia, and philanthropy. She leads donor relations and stewardship efforts, supports fundraising initiatives, and assists in the management and expansion of the Foundation’s programs. Destiny also plays a key role in organizing high-level events focused on national security and defense, convening influential voices from across the security ecosystem with the next generation of leaders. She has a background in global affairs, with a focus on transatlantic relations and national security, and previously worked as an undergraduate researcher with the U.S. Department of State’s Trafficking in Persons Office (TIP). Her experience in the non-profit sector includes cultivating and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Destiny holds a B.A. in International Studies from Virginia Tech, with concentrations in national security and international relations, and is passionate about driving meaningful, positive change.
