Bill was a member of the New York Stock Exchange and a Partner at Wagner Stott Mercator, LLC, a specialist firm. Since leaving the floor of the NYSE, he has built up a diverse portfolio encompassing the hospitality industry, real estate ventures and various startups. Bill was a board member of the Gary J. Buro Memorial Foundation which supported law enforcement and families of fallen officers.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
